Absolutely excellent service.I was in a lot of pain with back spasm, got an appointment for the next day with Rumain.He was professional and pin pointed the issue right away.I am much better after just two sessions , allowing me to get back to work quickly ( self employed) .Highly recommend!

Rumain was fantastic, he listened to my problems, took into account my daily life, activities and family history. The treatment he provided was in-depth and explained what I needed to do to make sure I could manage my pain at home so I didn't need to rely on him every week/month/etc. I saw a different osteopath about 18 months ago and she wasn't nearly as thorough about after-care and what I could do at home to ease things. The receptionist (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!) was fantastic as well. She was warm, welcoming and funny. You really made me feel at home. I'll definitely be booking an appointment again if I need it!

We had an urgent situation with Rumain during our holidays, and we were extremely impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. It was the first time someone took the time to clearly explain the origins of my pain, the muscles involved, and how to stretch properly to prevent it from returning. I highly recommend him for any future needs.

I've had three appointments with Rumain over the last 5 weeks. I've had back problems fot years but hurt it about two months ago. Couldn't suffer the pain any more so booked. I went to see Michelle Young for ongoing lower back pain that had been affecting my daily life for years but had got significantly worse in the past 6 months. The pain also had me relying on painkillers just to get through the day as gp/physio could not diagnose a cause. I honestly wish I had found her sooner. From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease. Michelle has such a calm, kind presence and a real gift for making you feel heard and supported. She took the time to understand not just where I was hurting, but how it was impacting my life. Her treatments were incredibly effective — I started to feel relief after one session. Over the next few sessions, my pain reduced significantly, and I also noticed improvements in my posture and overall comfort. I also no longer rely on painkillers to get through each day, something I never thought possible. Michelle’s care goes beyond just the physical. Her sessions felt like a space to reset, breathe, laugh and feel looked after — something I didn’t realize I needed until I experienced it. I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re struggling with lower back pain (or anything else), you’re in amazing hands with Michelle I am now pain free for the first time in years.The whole experience has been amazing all the staff I encountered have been so friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been seeing Michelle on and off for about 2 years! I go when my body is broken, Michelle fixes it and we start the vicious circle again. Michelle is so lovely, funny and ultimately makes me feel at ease! She’s brilliant at what she does and is very knowledgeable. 10/10 service, the clinic is spotless, and it’s very chilled vibes.

After being in a car accident, I decided to book in with Aaron at the paisley clinic .. I have only had one session so far and although not recovered yet , I am extremely happy with the level of care I have received so far and feel confident with follow up sessions I will make a full recovery with the help of Aaron. All staff are lovely and make you feel very comfortable :)
