Our City Centre clinic is in High Street (in the Merchant City) at The Natural Health Service.

We usually have two osteopaths working each day – one male and one female.

Reception is open 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday.  Outwith these hours our calls are answered centrally

Getting there

Our clinic is at 123 High Street, Glasgow, G1 1PH – we are in the mid section of High Street just below the intersection of High Street and Ingram Street.  We are a blue front shop – Natural Health Service next to Merchant City Dental and near ALDI.

Parking

Street parking is available outside the Clinic Monday to Saturday 9:15am -4.15pm and from 6pm. Parking is pay and display. After 6pm its FREE to park. Parking is also available in side streets outwith these hours. There is also a car park on Blackfriars Road behind ALDI at cheaper rates than street parking.

Train

We are just down the hill from High Street station. Alternatively Glasgow Central is just  15min walk (0.7mile) and Argyle Street station is only 8 minutes (0.4 mile) away.

Buses

Absolutely excellent service.I was in a lot of pain with back spasm, got an appointment for the next day with Rumain.He was professional and pin pointed the issue right away.I am much better after just two sessions , allowing me to get back to work quickly ( self employed) .Highly recommend!

Rumain was fantastic, he listened to my problems, took into account my daily life, activities and family history. The treatment he provided was in-depth and explained what I needed to do to make sure I could manage my pain at home so I didn't need to rely on him every week/month/etc. I saw a different osteopath about 18 months ago and she wasn't nearly as thorough about after-care and what I could do at home to ease things. The receptionist (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!) was fantastic as well. She was warm, welcoming and funny. You really made me feel at home. I'll definitely be booking an appointment again if I need it!

We had an urgent situation with Rumain during our holidays, and we were extremely impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. It was the first time someone took the time to clearly explain the origins of my pain, the muscles involved, and how to stretch properly to prevent it from returning. I highly recommend him for any future needs.

"Absolutely brilliant physio! I came here recovering from a double ankle fracture, and the care was fantastic. Every session was tailored perfectly, with clear explanations and so much encouragement. My mobility and strength are way better than I expected — I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Tim is fantastic, did a thorough examination, stretching, massage and gave me exercises to do at home. I felt better by the end of the appointment. Highly recommend Tim.

I had an appointment with Tim Basset today and I was given detailed information about my back issues and how to correct it going forward. Tim is extremely knowledgable and a fantastic man with so much great advice. Not only did I leave feeling better than I went in but I also felt more positive about the future. I’ve spent years in and out of my GPS office miserable and no further forward so this is incredible to me. Thank you so much and I look forward to my next appointment.

One of the best specialists. I had huge problems with my back after slept disk. NHS done nothing then worse. I had lost so much time off from work and my normal Life as a parent and daily routine . Wasn’t able to normal function. Dear Alessandro put me back on my feet, always work with dedication and passion and huge patience. I had wasted so much money and time for other privet clinics. But no much help just a for short time. Alessandro worked on my back and mobilise step by stem. Managed to get back on gym with demonstration of what and how to train to build up all strength, managed to play again with my kids and enjoy family outdoors activities. I’m fully back to work and after two years of full treatment and help now I can say I’m free from pain and can do what I love to do. Thank you Alesan
