How We Help With Musculoskeletal Pain
At Glasgow Osteopaths, we assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the back, neck, joints and soft tissues. Our approach focuses on understanding the mechanical factors contributing to pain and working with you to support recovery.
Whether symptoms have developed gradually over time or appeared after a specific strain or injury, treatment is tailored to the individual. We provide private osteopathic care from our clinics in Glasgow city centre, Paisley and Lenzie.
Appointments can be arranged via our online booking system, and full details of consultation length and pricing are available on our Fees & Offers page.

Osteopathy may help with a variety of joint, muscle and nerve-related conditions. Select a condition below to learn more about how we assess and manage specific presentations.
Working With Other Health Professionals
Osteopaths frequently work alongside GPs, consultants, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals. Where appropriate, we may recommend collaboration or further investigation to ensure you receive the most suitable care.
Osteopathy can complement other medical interventions, including prescribed medication and surgical management, forming part of a wider treatment plan.
Safety and Regulation of Osteopathy
Osteopaths in the UK are regulated by the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). To practise, osteopaths must complete a four or five year degree, which includes at least 1000 hours of supervised clinical training. Many practitioners also undertake further postgraduate study.
Osteopathy is considered a safe form of manual therapy. Serious adverse reactions are rare. If you would like to discuss whether osteopathic treatment is appropriate for your symptoms, you can contact us before arranging an appointment.
